Pros
Company culture. Family vibe. Very flexible. It's decent size but feels like working at a small company. And the best part is a fairly hard cap on the 40 hour work week. I have only ever worked more than 40 hours in a week a couple of times and it was because I wanted to.
Cons
Pay is lower than average for the area. Developers get slow and steady pay increases and can end up with more influence over the product, but there isn't really a typical ladder or hierarchy to climb.
