      Compensation was at or above industry average.

      Cons

      When you talk to upper management you quickly realize there is no planning just seat of the pants reaction. The owner is not engaged with the business and infrequently swoops in from one of his many vacation houses to "disrupt" the business according the last business article he read.

      Descent pay, good benefits-all itemss designed by corporate were well thought out and well implemented.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic work enviroment, to the point that sales reps would take shots on thei lunch break. Each branch has no oversight, no way to let corporate know what is going on. When ethical decesion were left to the local management the chose to treat their employees mental punching bags.
