You are stretched too thin. Overloaded with too many accounts and have a comp plan that is IMPOSSIBLE to meet given the workload. Also, if you are in outside sales you will be conducting door services 60-65% of your workweek, taking up valuable time for you to make budget for the rest of your accounts. You receive zero training on how to fix or troubleshoot door issues and are instead thrown into the meat grinder day after day. If you apply for a outsides sales job negotiate hard in the beginning. There are zero merit raises (at least at my branch) to your base so what you start out at can only go backward from there. Often times you will get a title change, more responsibility added, and not receive a comp plan period or one that does not match the new workload. Either you get nothing for selling or so little that you make more off your milage rembursment that selling the products.
