Difficult to work within a cross-functional team. There is also no incentive to be in leadership as most of your team will make more than you. Leaders are often inexperienced and there is high turnover. High turnover in leadership leads to a mislead team which results in nothing but chaos across the board.

-if you have have to come to campus, good luck finding parking -gone through an almost-complete turnover of executive leadership, no sense of continuity, culture, or priorities -no real path for advancement - job is good, pay is good, but if you want to advance you have to leave -new president and new board seem to be doing a 180 on all the previous leaders' priorities - might end up being a pro, tbd
