Good products. Great to help some patients.

Cons

Lack of company vision, short-sighted planning by management, failure to be realistic about current market trends, inconsistent commission payouts between reps and territories, some territories will never earn high commissions. Goals are released midway through each month!!

The company has good products in Apligraf and Dermagraft

Cons

CMS Reimbursement changes at the beginning of 2014 have damaged the companies revenues and management hasn't been able to figure out how to be successful in this lower reimbursement environment

At one time this was great company to work at, it still has a great core of employees that work great with each other.

Cons

The executives and upper management are toxin and instill a back stabbing and finger pointing environment that are the only paths to advancement.
