Highly political, management encourages and listens to gossip, very aggressive work culture, employees keep mostly to themselves. I question the judgment and mental stability of upper management. They are stern, often reaching for negative emotions, and are not objective. The company lacks an effective training program and the SOPs are poorly written and are wrong in many instances. Some holiday work is required.

There is a lack of leadership, knowledge and competence in management. The supervisor and team lead exhibit no real understanding of the basics of how to navigate even the simplest payers. Effective communication is non-existant. Don't expect to be challenged, motivated, appreciated or respected. Expect to do as you're told by someone higher than you who knows less than you do. Every single former employee that talks about the reimbursement department expresses the deepest gratitude and relief in finding other opportunities.
