Pros

Organogenesis is an awesome company to grow with, professionally and personally. The company has great culture and values and continues to grow and expand many of their departments.

Cons

There are many opportunities for new employees to come in and grow quickly, but they will have to be willing to put in the work to get there.

Pros

Products are second to none -- quality of life improves for patients using Apligraf or Dermagraft.

Cons

Company was seriously impacted from changes in CMS rulings regarding reimbursement. Communications from the top are weak. Company vision is vague and appreciation of employee dedication is lip service.
