Global each and work enviornment, high work standards given the nature of products, a good training ground, allows you to travel easily, explore etc.

Cons

Highly racial, have to be an aussie might to be able to stay in the company, performance review based on perception, HR is a joke in the company, senor managers belonged to the Aussie club and you have to be in their good books to be able to survive....

Pros

Fellow employees easy to work with and share knowledge openly. Very diverse work force with a variety of positions and experiences.

Cons

We are once again in a restructure where no one knows if and when they will be dismissed. Senior management is giving no direction and global workforce is seriously demoralized. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
