Pros

Great advancement opportunities and good pay. Management has many great ideas, a real team environment as well as a fun place to work.

Cons

Poor use of available technology due to unwillingness to investment into the corporate portion of business. Employees burnout due to long hours which family life also suffers for.

Plenty of opportunities for training and self expansion. Largest in their field in North America. Many relocation opportunities.

Cons

Australian ownership drives ship from overseas. Aus. focus on chemicals side of industry. Short sighted decisions for quarterly profitability. Still an old boys network. At times overlook issues with long-term or senior staff but reprimand others. Not consistent handling employee issues.
