Didn’t discover any real Pros for this business. Arrogant and very poor culture, pockets of exceptional people though.

Cons

Expected to work at 200% of your role and have aspects change weekly and workloads with it. Leadership is led by a few whom are all about themselves and you should be prepared to be exiled should you not agree with them. High churn rate of Snr leadership due to 1 individual would say won’t change till that person is no longer with the organisation - be mindful as promise role description is not what happens. Accident waiting to happen with safety, technology led by arrogance in ignorance. Deeply consider your options and appreciate bad culture remains

Great group of supportive people, lots of opportunity to travel, lots of diverse work within the company working for leading mining companies.

Cons

Constant change in management and strategy - only thing that is constant is change. Still some arrogance in the business and overwork their employees (few resources expected to work long hours and go above and beyond the call of duty).
