In the height of the pandemic there was no trust by a number of executives - and every effort was made to defy government work-at-home restrictions to get people sitting in seats. Continual employee surveys demonstrate poor leadership and vision for the future - but nothing changes. Restrained resources, both in budgets and people, where those are overworked and wrong people are put into roles or continue to take on multiple roles that overwork and burn out. Dishonest, disrespectful and disappointing - the company withdrew benefits from agreed contracts after departing the organisation without any communication.
