      What a nosedive!

      Pros

      I started with Minova over 5 years ago. Things were positive and leadership was strong. That ALL changed as Orica dug their claws into Minova. The more systems they took over the worse things got.

      Cons

      I am amazed the things they do which affect employees. I have to travel for the company and they have not reimbursed my last four trips (three months time). They claim to be upgrading to SAP and will reimburse when they decide they are ready. Outsourcing Accounting was also a BAD idea. When will it end?

      Pros

      -good employees -good benefit plans (great 401k match) -have a small gym in the office

      Cons

      -employees are unhappy and not appreicated -bonus plan was cut in half and barely pays out half of the half -salaries are based on who you know -vacation policy is not competitive -leadership does not listen to employees or value their input -little to no career advancement available (unless you are Australian)
