      Love an organization where Collaboration isn't just a sign on a wall

      Pros

      Highly collaborative environment where everyone understands that we win and lose together. This core value is present at all levels of the organization. It's not easy to live into this every single day, but it's clearly an expectation and a constant aspiration for every team member, top to bottom.

      Cons

      As the organization grows upmarket, it's requiring constant evolution of roles, processes, and adopting new viewpoints and ways of thinking. To some, this can feel chaotic and like you never have a base to stand on. For those who have ridden these growth waves and see evolution as the alternative to stagnation, it's easier to absorb when you know the big "why" behind it.

      Pros

      - Ideas are valued and change is embraced - Unlimited PTO. I’ve never been made to feel guilty taking time off - Remote work - Great work life balance - Compensation is great for the role

      Cons

      - Growing pains, but it’s getting better as we train new staff - Time tracking can be a pain. The time it takes to track every little thing you do takes up more time than it’s worth. - There is little organization or documentation, so we’re often recreating the wheel with existing clients. - There seems to be resistance to the new focused coverage team model. Some teams seem to be working together better than others.

      Refreshed view of management! I truly feel that my new manager has my best interest at heart. Hears me when I talk and lends himself to help solve issues that impact my success.

      Through our rapid growth, there have been some times of frustration, but they are quick to listen and impact change.
