      Pros

      It's mentioned in every review because it is true. The culture at Origami is unparalleled. I have not seen anything comparable in my prior roles or companies. The ease of collaboration and emphasis on work-life balance is phenomenal. My ideas are heard, and I am given the freedom to pursue them. My work feels challenging, but my leadership team ensures it does not feel overwhelming.

      Cons

      We are growing quickly and maintaining the culture and atmosphere through that growth will be a challenge. Leadership has made this a top priority and is engaging with colleagues across the company to ensure success in this challenge.

      Pros

      - The Culture is amazing to say the least. Everyone is very helpful and it's what I was looking for. - Leadership team sets the culture and is open to feedback and understands. -This company is booming right now in terms of growth. Its a refreshing situation. - Bob, the CEO, sets the culture and has clear expectations. I have found Bob to be my favorite CEO of companies that I have been at. The culture flows down and its truly refreshing. He is open to feedback and working to make Origami the best company. - The software itself is sweet. There is no limit on where this is going to go. -Client base is stellar. If you are looking to work with companies that you know then you won't be disappointed. - There is no downtime in terms of work. I personally like to stay busy so this is a benefit. - They encourage you to PTO. Yes, you read that right.

      Cons

      - Learning curve is large. The software has so many different areas that its moving into. - Everyone is busy. Coworkers are all very busy so some times it takes a little more time to get an answer. - You don't get stock in the company.

      -Like many other reviews here, culture is at the top of the pro's list. Origami is collaborative, authentic, approachable and a meritocracy where good ideas win out. -Growth! Origami's trajectory is exciting, and leadership focuses on making sure the platform/product is ready to compete before entering new markets. -Flexibility and emphasis on work-life balance: Optional return to office during pandemic, unlimited PTO, and good opportunities to engage with coworkers outside of the work grind.

      Cons

      -Growing pains from growth: Staffing model is catching up to the new business growth, but leadership is fully aware and taking the right actions. -Onboarding/learning & development is still in infancy, this is natural given where Origami is in its lifecycle. Again, leadership is aware and taking action.
