Pros

Some incredible colleagues and opportunities to learn (great for your resume & if you are client facing in any way, it's an incredible exposure to how other business operate). Used to have incredible collaboration and appetite for entrepreneurial initiatives.

Cons

Business is struggling through stepwise growth phase. Eyes for growth are bigger than its ability to drive and effectively execute said growth or change. Lots of new leaders onboard to support the vision, but no structural adjustments to support the significant work involved - let alone support the base business and regular revenue driving work. When leadership begins to make things personal (blaming employees directly, ghosting as valid daily business questions are asked, over surveillance of task work) rather than look at the business problem at hand and working as an organization to get through the growth spurt...I'd say it's time to watch your back and brace for impact.

Pros

Smart/Great Coworkers, Decent Benefits and PTO Policy, Remote or Hybrid Option, Interesting Business and Technology

Cons

-Many team members seem burned out and less motivated. -Canceling the annual company conference hurt morale and made leadership feel less engaged. -Turnover has been high in recent months. -Leadership changes haven’t improved things. -Several new director-level roles were added, but regular employees see very few promotions or meaningful raises.
