Pros

Great benefits, the wellness benefit is one of the best parts. Team members are incredible to work with.

Cons

Lack of communication with changes, and there are changes that happen at least once a month. Quota is nearly impossible to hit, people are struggling to even hit 50% in some markets. You will only be successful if you are placed in the RMIS market.

Pros

I have been at Origami for nearly a year now and this is an amazing company to work for if you are willing to do the work. Expectations of our employees is very high, but autonomy is equally as high and leadership trusts you to perform at a high level. - Unlimited PTO that is actually encouraged to use - Full autonomy to make business decisions - Incredibly smart teams and individuals - Rapidly growing company and industry with a lot of growth potential

Cons

Origami is transitioning from a start up mentality into a full grown company. With this, there are a lot of hiccups along the way that can result in extra hours, heavy workloads and frustration. This is all to be expected, but can be a negative if you are looking for a super stable corporate job.
