Pros

Management has unique sense of humor but incredibly understanding. The culture of the employees when I started was excellent but disintegrated toward the end of my term. Other than that, decent tips, good area, business was steady and crazy on the weekends.

The hours are great, always being off by 2 or 3 pm has been so nice. Business is consistent, rarely have any slow money weeks.

Cons

The only thing that matters to the company is profit. Quick to point out mistakes, rarely offer incentives or appreciation. Dramatic workplace
