Management runs you ragged, as do the ever increasingly down-market customers, many who undertip or don’t tip at all. You’ll spend 1-2 hours a day doing side work at $3.59 an hour. Management rules by fear, and watches like hawks for the tiniest infraction of their micromanaging rules.
