      Pros

      I had really great managers and scheduling. There was a really good floor plan good communication between managers, servers, and hosts. Friendly environment and flexible hours. Free food/good food. Great coworkers and friendly/loyal customers.

      Cons

      Lack of career opportunities. Took a while to obtain other responsibilities and to be taught how to use the register. Only one holiday off during the year. Really early mornings and no tips as host.

      St. Louis is an awesome OPH franchise

      Pros

      I've been working for OPH since 2009. The owner and managers are a great team and truly build a sense of community and family among the entire crew. OPH is truly a fun and upbeat place to work and dine.

      Cons

      Eating too many pancakes. Seriously. Health insurance benefits are not currently offered from the St. Louis franchise.
