Pros

Most OPH locations have a very loyal customer base which means lots of familiar faces. Employee discount on meals. You work for tips so you're pretty much in control of how much you make.

Cons

Work-Life balance not the best, but all servers are aware of this. Some opportunity for growth, but again, its restaurant management which means long work hours and not the best pay. Limited training for those not already familiar with the restaurant business.

Free Food If you know how to sweet handle the cooks ok first job for someone under 20 Room for advancement to waitress ( THEY STILL HARDLY GET PAID ) Free drinks on the job

Cons

Minimum wage No real hours Receive no tips waitresses are stupid Turnover is high

high quality food, great product, caring upper management. Guests are always pleasant and the building is always clean and in order.

Cons

your day starts really early and there are times when you will be working in the kitchen to save labor (thats also how you make your numbers if you are willing to get on the line)
