Inflexible, micromanaging, not knowledgable about hr issues, just make up their own rules

Company is unprofessional. Posted salary range of $80k+ but will only tell you in person they pay $1000/month base. Yes, that is correct $1,000/month ($250/week) and the rest of the money you “might” make is commission. Not even the worst part. After being “hired” I was told to onboard the next day. When I arrived, no one had a clue what was going on. Instead of onboarding me, the manager asked me to help him and his salesman unload a truck delivery (still not officially hired/onboarded) as of yet. I don’t know if this was some kind of “let’s see if they’ll be a team player test”. After this bizarre interaction I declined and left.
