Some of the best training in the industry, if you're looking to get into pest control it isn't the worst place to start. They will set you up decently for independence in the field but not nearly everything. You will be learning as you go. Quality of life is dependent on how staffed your location is and how component your managers are. don't be surprised if you get a lot of overtime and weekend work every other weekend.
