      Pros

      Pay, freedom, team atmosphere, customers are great as well. Not much negative with the position. There are times when I lack motivation but that’s not the jobs fault

      Cons

      The cons for this position are sometimes the job is gross. Disgusting homes or rude customers is really the main negative I have seen

      Pros

      Sometimes pay, work truck, some freedom, definite 40 hours a week, fun training in the beginning

      Cons

      Fluctuating pay, bad management, overworked techs, unrealistic goals, terrible communication, not much for paid holidays and days off, clean shaven, strict rules.

      Pros

      Some good customers and tips. Opportunity to make money if you know how to get it in your own way.

      Cons

      Horrible management, horrible issuing jobs to tech policy, the worst micro managing job that i have ever worked.
