      Good Job, but a lot of work.

      Pros

      You will work plenty of hours. Lots of overtime depending on the season. Guaranteed 40 during the slow part of the year. Learn a lot of different skills. Good healthcare plans.

      Cons

      Orkin does care about you for the most part, but they are a business. So gettin the most work done is always their #1 priority. Lots of Saturday’s and a lot of hard work are to be expected.

      Pros

      I had a good manager until he moved and was replaced with a slave driving, micromanaging jerk.

      Cons

      Had to use my own car for a long time. Company car was finally given, but I had to pay the monthly payment. Commissions cut and making it nearly impossible to hit goals to get a higher percentage of commission. Lots and lots of clicks.

      Pros

      Good pay easy job, little oversight, good benefits, not stuck in a office all day. Good to decent co workers at work on duty

      Cons

      Staying staff is tough, pest control isn’t for everyone. Upper management is upper management . Can be demanding if your not fit.
