Friendly environment/ Good training / Good pay/ Great support
Pros
Salary plus commission. Good enough salary to live off of and still a limitless commission structure. Company car. They pay for gas and maintenance. Great environment. The team and training is well thought out. Everyone is really kind and wants each other to do well. Day to day will be busy work. You have flexibility with your own schedule but it keeps you busy. The executives are really tuned in. Most of them have been in every position so not only does it mean that they promote from within but they also understand certain situations and have solutions to help.
Cons
It’s a company car so it monitored pretty tightly. Can not use as personal car unless you pay for it. There are slow months in the winter where you will need to generate your own leads but that’s pretty normal for a sales position.
