Undeserving and inexperienced new region manager Aggressive micromanagement Region manager delegates because he lacks knowledge and is known to be extraordinarily lazy. He was promoted even after utterly failing to manage at the branch level. He Constantly brags about his relationship with the company's executives. The company constantly gives off a nepotism feel, except with friends and old golf buddies. Region manager presses managers to accept lateral movement within the region and virtually threatens you when you don't accept. Work/life balance is impossible to manage within our schedule.

Extremely sales focused. All management cares about is sales, and little else. You could be a terrible technician, but if you are selling $3k a month they don't care. Makes you feel dishonest to customers, since you are under immense pressure to sell anything+everything. Health insurance is extremely terrible, expensive with terrible benefits. I pay $600 a month for just me and my deductible is $7k. Cheaper to decline insurance and seek an independent provider.
