Pros

You can make plenty of money if you work hard. Plenty of room to work up with the company.

Cons

No work/life balance, begin days early and end late. Management will cater to some employees and work others like crazy. The scheduling is a mess. You'll frequently be yelled at by customers because they weren't notified of an upcoming service. Management will have you out until 8pm every night if they can. Most equipment provided is broken or doesnt function well.

Pros

The BMT program is fast-paced and full of information. Upper management is easily accessible and always willing to help. The training is thorough. Entry level salary is above the market average & company vehicle.

Cons

Can be relocated at anytime. This uncertainty is uncomfortable and makes life planning difficult. Prior to accepting the position, you are made aware that relocation is a possibility but not at the first interview. Benefits are not great.
