Good pay especially stock grants

Cons

upper management has lost their direction and moved away from what made Orkin great, their employees. Success is being propped by acquisitions and not the development of employees. The “pay to play” culture mindset (mortgage broker mindset of the 90’s) is growing which will hurt employee retention and organic growth.

Long hours, difficult work, lack of training, dangerous.

Pros

The pay is good but only because of the overtime you get. You also get freedom.

Cons

The freedom is nice but sometimes you feel alittle to out there on your own. The supervisors are overworked and often can not help you if you have an issue, which you will because the training is a joke. They don't give you enough time to do a proper service because you have so many other jobs on your schedule.
