Cons

No work life balance, low pay, difficult customers, heavy emphasis on meeting quota which leads to very stressful work enviornment if you're not one of their favorites and they put you on one of the good routes.

Pros

Excellent training. Once you pass initial personality exam to see if you are a good fit for the company, you then get hired and then sent to their headquarters in Atlanta for school. Commission structure is pretty good.

Cons

It is hard to make highest percentage commission rate because not all of the work that you sell gets completed by the end of the month. They only pay on completed jobs. Very demanding on the body.

Lots of room to grow! Advancement opportunities are there for qualified candidates.

Cons

I dont really have any cons to list. It is what you make it! Dont take this position unless you can manage a variety of situations and handle multitasking. Otherwise its all good!
