      Pros

      Techs, co workers in the office, sales rep, service supervisors and Branch Manager awesome group of people to work with. Great team work.

      Cons

      Management above branch manager are horrible. They do not care about the employees and customers. If you don't have good employees then you will not have customers. Then you lose money. They pay you a salary but expect you to do 2 or more people's job in a 8 hour period because they don't want to pay overtime. And then does not understand why you can't get everything done. A company this big should have better benefits. They are horrible.
