      Pros

      Pay is decent, that is really all I can say that was a pro. Having a work phone I guess is a pro.

      Cons

      Highest turnover i have ever sen. Service manager(not top manager) should not be in any management role. unrealistic expectations and hours. No family life allowed unless your the service manager. Being talked to and treated like a child is not professional I'm an adult. Pay to hours worked is actually very low. Extreme lack of communication at the branch in Brunswick, which I was argued with for bringing that up in a meeting. Management is the downfall of this location.

      Pros

      Never a dull moment in the office. There is always something to do taking customer calls. Printing service tickets for techs, posting route tickets and putting out fires all day. Very active office.

      Cons

      Management does not support the office team. No overtime but you must work Saturday. With just two girls in the office that's every other week. and it can't be overtime you must take a half day during the week so that you can work that Saturday. Makes no sense since the phone never rings. It's just a waste of time to just sit there for 4 hours.

      Pros

      Good money, love the people you get to meet, not having a boss breathing down your neck you get to be out and do your job.

      Cons

      Communication between office and tech is horrible, lots of driving I myself drive close to 200 to 300 miles daily, long hours so if u have a family be prepared a very demanding job.
