      The job is hands on and can't be outsourced to China.

      Cons

      Expect everyone to sell their soul for the job. TEchnicians work day/night split shifts sometimes, sometimes work at 4-4:30 AM due to customer demands but still expect you to answer phone til 6 PM, managers somehow forced to work 24/7 365. One manager got yelled at because he didn't answer e-mail Sunday night at 6:30. Lucky so far we haven't class act sued them.

      This is a great position for the highly motivated person who cares about the people with whom he is conducting business.

      technology issues that would seem simple to solve may take many months to fix if they are every truly fixed. Internal compatitation between sales and service
