Pros

Outwork everyone at the pier level for job security. Great pay and bonus opportunities.The Rollins family are great people to work for.

Cons

The Division management are crooked and liars. They have screwed over many past and current employees financially. I have proof, I just gave up and avoided continuing to work under a false premise.

Benefits and 401k, company vehicle

Cons

Low base salary, if the work you sell doesn’t get done in a timely manner, your commissions are not paid in a timely manner. Company is great at sales and collections, but often doesn’t provide customers the service they were sold. If you do work for them and then decide to leave, use your pto first and don’t bother giving any notice as they won’t pay your commissions.
