      False advertisement of opportunity for growth. They claim to live by mantras and employee welfare however disregard anyone who is not in management.

      They went hybrid during COVID.

      Ability to earn a great living. Overtime in peak season.

      Cons

      Management is not supportive in regard to progressing within the company. Call center is treated like robots or a machine.
