      Recruiting Dept. Not Good

      Pros

      Medical benefits were fairly good and people there are genuinely interested in helping their patients. Great place to go get treated.

      Cons

      Recruiting department is not a good place to work. Technology is ancient and there is no sense of finding an efficient recruiting process. Recruiting management doesn't have a sense of how to treat recruiters. Playing favorites is common.

      Pros

      Great benefits! Health insurance, retirement, PTO, bonuses if hospital goals are met. Amazing culture and values. We are like a family.

      Cons

      Hard to get your foot in the door with this company. They would rather take a transfer than try to hire and train someone from outside. Even trying to transfer to another department can sometimes prove to be difficult. It is who you know, not what you know.
