      fellow co-workers, numbers of hospitals to transfer to

      shift-diff cut. 1/3 of orhs staff got screwed with diff cut. good, experienced staff has left. a few new nurses hired, agency/travelers being used. morale is so far down especially amongst night shift. big bosses do not seem to care about it. health choice select benefits only good with-in the orhs system. quit making people with associate degrees feel less than worthy.

      Pros

      Having MD Anderson as a part of the system, now that's going away.

      Cons

      Employees are not really valued. I've been there 13+ years. Hospital expansion while call pay and differential are taken away. The system is more important than the employees who make the process work.
