The culture in OH is great. I have a great relationship with my co workers in the units I worked in.

Cons

The negative side is the tech to patient ratio. The pay as well. I wish they pay more for the amount of work we do.

I've worked with this hospital for over 20yrs, and one of the biggest positives has been the flexibility and support surrounding my schedule. Throughout different stages of my life the DPH leadership has been very supportive and accommodating. This has also allowed me to maintain a healthy life balance while continuing to grow professionally. I can confidently say that the organization provides a place where long-term careers are truly possible,

Cons

Like with many large hospital systems, processes and approvals take time and change does not always happen quickly; however, maintaining good communication and collaboration should remain the key to driving positive change.
