      Pros

      Orlando Health offers great employee benefits. The one thing that stands out the most was there nursing training and development program. The company has a variety of training techniques and state of the art training equipment.

      Cons

      I didn't find many cons when working at ORMC. There was great support for staff, new advancements in technology and a program for nurses to be involved in change.

      Good old boy network - stay away!

      Pay is average, work hours average.

      Cons

      Management is totally consumed in themselves. Total allegiance to their own gold old boy network. Even if you tell the truth, management is NOT interested except to promote within their ranks. They believe lies from lower management, and not the truth from their employees. I have experienced the lies first hand which resulted in my dismissal. But the truth is that I did not do the things they claimed.
