      Decent benefits package. Nothing great.

      Cons

      Poorly managed company. Safety if highly talked about. At no time can safety interfere with profit. If it does you will be found to not be a good fit for the company.

      Pros

      Interesting process that was always changing. The American Engineering Manager was fantastic and I learned at ton at Ormat. The plant managers that had an engineering backgrounds were are great.

      Cons

      A select few plant managers are simply evil. I'm pretty sure at least 2 are sociopaths. The office environment is also very unstable.
