Pros
The mission is great and the technology is innovative. Projects are interesting. HR/Admin seems to really try to put on good events for staff and create a fun atmosphere. Good healthcare, so-so retirement.
Cons
Management is hierarchical and not committed to providing opportunities for professional development. Areas of the company are extremely siloed and it feels like a 'dog eat dog' culture. No attention is paid to advancing or memorializing business practices or processes, so there is a scattered feeling to the "day to day". Interactions with certain members of management are extremely unprofessional, but nothing is done if that member of management is providing desired results for the company. Wages are not competitive and there is no transparency in this area. Burnout seems to be pretty prevalent.
