      Pros

      The organizational structure is flat and one has exposure to all levels of executive management. The work environment is multi-cultural which makes for an interesting employee mix. The jobs are interesting and demanding

      Cons

      From an industry perspective, the salary levels are low. There is not much opportunity for advancement as most executive management is located overseas. The work/life ratio is definitely skewed toward work. There is not much praise for a job well done

      Overall good pay, nice co-workers.

      Cons

      no communication between upper and lower management. felt like lower level employees were constantly being watched and not supported.
