      Pros

      Flexibility with hours. Work from home two days a week.

      Cons

      Ormat takes advantage of its employees and exploits them and their pay. They don’t care to pay their employee’s properly for the responsibilities they put on them. The higher ups are happy to spend money wildly, outsource when possible and yet still keep their hard working employees struggling to get by. Many employees with tenor are looking for work elsewhere, equal pay for equal work is not something they practice.

      Pros

      There aren't a whole lot of pros, in fact nothing positive I can say.

      Cons

      Poor raise and review structure, 2-3% a year, does not cover inflations. Not to mention, you must be employed a full year, prior to a raise. You could go almost two years, without a raise. They do not promote from within. The company is too busy filling position, with outside potential employees, then looking within, the company.
