Poor Mgmt, bullying co-workers, no teamwork, micromanaging, not all the rules apply to all the people all the time. Managers had favorites. HR does absolutely nothing to help employees. Directors DO NOT care about their departments or employees. Females are treated as if they know nothing. No stars at this hospital but that wasn't an option.
