      Pros

      Flexible scheduling. Plenty of overtime if wanted. Great managers who are present and really care. They will jump in and help!

      Cons

      Need to build a bigger facility. People have discovered our great care and private rooms and we are always full.

      They treat you like crap. From upper management to house keepers. Hispanic clicks and stuck up nurses.
