shifts get cancelled too often due to low census during summer. cafeteria's hours should be extended

Cons

Horrible place to work. Management is power hungry, ill prepared to perform in management roles. Would avoid working here like avoiding the plaque.

Long hours not long breaks or lunch , skeleton crew, control/ trust issues with employees. Employee retention
