Pros

No pros to working at OVH!

Cons

Horrible place to work. Management is power hungry, ill prepared to perform in management roles. Would avoid working here like avoiding the plaque.

Pros

Wonderful coworkers and supervisor. Flexible schedule. Teamwork of our unit. They have had several employee appreciation days like free lunches, free car washes, etc.

Cons

Not a fan of corporation-run hospitals. Wish it was non-profit. Small hospital that has lower acuity. I'm looking for more higher acuity for optimal learning benefit as I transition to an RN.
