Pros
I’m pleased to say that my time here has been extremely beneficial for my professional development. Though it took longer than I’d hoped to finally receive a promotion, my supervisors followed through on their promises to give me more responsibility once I proved that I felt comfortable with my duties. In short, my experience has been and still is fantastic!
Cons
I’ll mention this again: they are slow to promote. At the end of the day, it isn’t the worst thing in the world, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re very growth oriented.
