Pros
Some folks try to be nice, especially some of the younger associates (if they're not completely burnt out) & staff. Few folks will be outright rude to you, but it ends up being passive aggressive
Cons
So performative. They say they support wellness initiatives, which really means you're guilted into attending hours of lectures & propaganda that don't actually help, and yes you'll still have to stay up late to get all your work done. No wonder the turnover is so high. Was there 2+ years and felt like an entirely different group of associates by the end, AVOID!
