The people! The London head office have built a great team spirit, everyone is treated equally and all ideas are welcome. The brands! Great love and loyalty for both brands Laura Mercier and bareMinerals.

Cons

Some challenges on stock availability, however this has greatly improved.

I feel for the amount of responsibility and expectations you have, the pay isn’t great. Commission is only paid if you achieve a certain amount, which is achievable most of the time if you put the work in.
