Cons
very HR heavy company and it's not clear what they do or why there are so many. They do not come across as employee friendly or approachable and give out incorrect information, which is not always in a timely manner. The new Advisor Group CEO appears in his messages to be offering growth and opportunity for employees to thrive. However, this message stops there. Middle management does minimal to pass through these ideals and is more company centric versus working with employees on their individual goals. Not one career pathing conversation was had during all of the years worked there even though it was added to business and personal goals each year. Incentive bonuses are skewed and do not reflect the true work that an employee does and has earned. Growth opportunities appear to be limited and not evenly spread or available.
